1374th Get Together
Yesterday, May, 21, 2010, John A. Sanders and I got together in Melbourne, Florida for the first time since 1962. We joined the 1374th together in 1956, went to the Orlando AFB training site together, went to Brazil in 1957, then on the same site on Palawan Island in the P.I. in 1957. With info from John, I was able to locate Edwin "Hoppy" Heidenescher, too. He is the other guy in the picture of us 'baldies' and he now lives in Nebraska.
