By Gordon Barnes

Bill Sapp was laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors on 18 DEC 2007. Bill was the initial World's Oldest Photomapper when the Oldest Club was established in 1998. He held that distinction until April of 2004. At the time of his death on 12 Oct 2007, at age 92, he was #2 on the active Oldest roster.
